This is one of our favorite margarita recipes and goes excellent with DSSC plain margarita salt. The recipe comes from Cabo San Lucas, where they know a thing or two about margaritas:
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/4 oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- DSSC margarita salt for the rim
- Orange wedge for the garnish
Rim a glass with the lime juice, dip it in the DSSC salt tin and fill with ice.
Then shake all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Pour it into the glass and garnish with an orange.
This Cabo San Lucas inspired margarita is the perfect summer compliment. Robust flavors with grapefruit and orange give it a tropical twist.
